Marco Sampaio is the hands and soul of Dogma.
He has dedicated his body and spirit for more than 30 years to building stories and dreams – from the ones who live and idealize them.
His experience in plumbing and later in the electricity field gave him the necessary know-how to see the projects as a whole – for this reason, he ended up dedicating himself to Civil Construction when he was only 20 years old. Yet, his aspirations went far beyond his young age and the walls that surrounded him. Every obstacle along the way was an invitation for him to grow his talent.
Today, Marco is leading a specialized and hand-picked multidisciplinary team, united by the same values and principles towards a common goal: to offer services of excellence distinguished by their closeness, honesty and a unique dedication for each project and each client.
The team is the heart of Dogma, where each project becomes a living witness of his vision, and where details come to life. Whether a major construction project or a smaller one, Marco ensures mastery at each stage, exceeding expectations through his ability to anticipate challenges and make strategic decisions, which are fundamental foundations for the projects’ success.
